Q3. How do I change my shipping information once my order is placed?
Please contact us for modification before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

Our product quality is good relative to our rivals. All of our products are the same as the photos. Products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market.

Q5.Will I receive email confirmations once my order is completed and shipped?
Sure, we will email you.
If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don’t worry! You may still have an order, you’ll just want to try the following to double check.

1) Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.

2) If you signed in through Gmail, check the email linked with that.
Go to “My Orders” and you’ll be able to see all the order’s you’ve placed and should be able to see the status of your order.

3) Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Disadress.

4) If you still can’t find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.

Q6. What kind of payments do you accept?
Only Paypal vs Visa&Master Credit Card.

Q7. Can i cancel my order?
1) For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses .etc ):
Orders canceled within 72 hours since paid will get full refund.
Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 80% refund of total amount.
Order finished before shipment will get 70% refund of total amount.
Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.

2) For clothes, accessories etc.
Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.

Q8. Is my payment secure on Disadress website?
We have appropriate organizational safeguards and security measures in place to protect your data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.

Q9. How to clean my dress?
Dress Care: Hand wash in cold water.
Our dresses are folded for faster shipping. Please use steam to remove any wrinkles upon arrival.

 

About Return

Q1.How do I return the item I got?
We highly suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. All our dresses are true to size chart. If standard size does not suit you, you can also choose our custom size service, which is for free.

1) After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If there is something wrong with our product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of your order’s delivery date*. If you want to return it, please include your order number and an explanation and photographs or videos to show the reason for the return.

PS: We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have 3 days requirement. That’s enough time for you to make sure the item is well made.

And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:

a)Photo of the package you send back;

b) Tracking number;

PS: All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume. Or we can not refund.

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.

If you are between sizes, our suggestion is to go a size up as a dress can be altered to smaller much more easily than larger. Or you can send us your measurements and we can customize the size for free. you can contact us  if you have any problems.

Since our dresses are made to order, we need some days to prepare them and another 5-10 days to ship them. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. You can also see the specific tailoring time and shipping time on the product page.
We will email you the tracking number once the dress is shipped. You can also contact us  for the order status.

We can not accept orders which buy multiple pieces to choose one, this is not part of our return policy. All additional costs incurred need to be borne by the customer.

Cancellation: 

1)For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses. etc ):

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get a 70% refund of the total amount.

Orders canceled after 7 days will get a 50% refund of the total amount.

If it happens, there might be two reasons:
1. When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days (3-7 days) to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end. We suggest you wait a few days more.
2. Or you will need to get the destination tracking number for some shipping methods. You can get the new tracking number when you track it at the link sent to you in the confirmation email. If you still cannot find the updated tracking number, please contact us. We are willing to assist you on this issue.

For an unshipped order, if it is still in processing, there will be no further updates until the order is completed.
For shipped orders, sometimes it takes several days for the tracking information to be updated. If your shipment is from our international warehouses and is in transit or clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station (may require 3-7 days).
Sometimes the shipping company has not updated the package information. We suggest you wait a few more days.

Our color charts online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.
